WHAT ARE FOODESTO REWARDS?
Every time you make a purchase on www.Foodesto.com, your account will get rewarded with points. These points can be used to buy items on Foodesto in future.
HOW MUCH ARE THESE POINTS WORTH?
Each Foodesto Reward point is worth Rs. 0.5.
HOW MANY POINTS DOES ONE GET WHEN I BUY ON FOODESTO?
The points rewarded are based on the items. For most purchases one is rewarded with 2 points for every Rs. 100 spent. However, Foodesto has special categories which provide bonus points from time to time. For example, when you purchase cheese from Foodesto, you will be rewarded with 6 points for every Rs. 100 spent. Please note that you can only collect Foodesto Reward points if you log into your account while making the purchase.
HOW DO I REDEEM THE REWARDS POINTS?
Once you have added the items you wish to purchase, click on the shopping cart link on the top right of the page. Here you will be shown how many Foodesto Reward points are available for you redeem with a slider to select the number of points you would like to redeem. Simple as that. Please note that the minimum points you can redeem at any point of time is 100. The Foodesto reward points can only be redeemed against purchase of items on the site and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
While we do ship to most locations in India, in case your delivery is required outside of metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkatta, Chennai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmadabad, Cochin etc), would request you to please call us before placing the order to confirm if the delivery is possible.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours
HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Shopping at Foodesto is incredibly easy:
If you know what you are looking for, use the browsing options, which include Categories and Cuisine.
Alternately, you can also use the ‘Search’ option, which is in the Navigation Bar. Just type in the product or name of the item you’re searching for.
Once you have found the item of your choice, select the options presented and Click on 'Add to Cart’. Once the item is added to Cart you can take a look at the recommended items as they have been selected to improve your experience of the product of your choice.
You can also go to Check Out immediately or choose to make more purchases on Foodesto.
On Check Out do review the items in your shopping cart. You can click the 'REMOVE' link to delete items from your shopping cart.
Click on 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' to complete your order.
You will be asked to log-in here if you haven’t signed in yet or if you’re not a member.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can log in and cancel your order anytime. However, once we have shipped the products, cancellation is not possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I WANT IS NOT IN STOCK?
As many items on Foodesto are imported, there may be a small chance that we have just run out of stock for a particular item that you are looking for. You can check back in a few days to see if the item has been re-stocked or if the requirement is urgent, please call / email us and we shall try to arrange the item for you.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive email confirmation. You will also be able to view Order Status on your Foodesto account. Once you're logged in on the website, go to My Account and select Order Status.
WHO SHIPS THE ORDERS?
Products on Foodesto are stocked and shipped by us, there are some items like breads and other fresh stocks that maybe delivered directly from the producer to you. This helps ensure the freshness of the product and speeds up order delivery time as well.
HOW MANY ITEMS, MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM CAN I ORDER IN ONE GO?
As foodies ourselves, we understand the joys of unhampered shopping. You can order as many items as you like or as little as one item.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We currently deliver all items in Mumbai, packaged items like pastes and sauces can be delivered to most locations in India. In case you are looking for delivery of fresh items like vegetables or items that required to be shipped cold, plase call us (8767989876) and we can let you know if it is possible at your location. As out of Mumbai these items are delivered by courier, we cannot guarantee 24 hour delivery. There may be shipping charges applicable.
CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
The only discounts we give are the ones already mentioned on the site in the special offers section or if mentioned under the product. In case you have a bulk requirement, please write to us at [email protected]
IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT, CAN I RETURN IT?
While we will definitely replace/refund any damaged/defective product, we will be unable to refund any money for products that are as per description on our site.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Credit Cards and Cash on Delivery.
I HAVE A COUPON/VOUCHER. WHEN CAN I USE IT?
Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase and have Checked Out and are in the Payment area, you will see an option where you can type in your Coupon/Voucher no. The amount available to you through this will be deducted from your total amount.
WHAT IF MY VOUCHER DOESN'T WORK?
Do get in touch with our customer support team and they will be happy to help. Do keep in mind that Coupons/Vouchers often have expiry dates and check that before you get in touch.
ARE EXPIRED COUPONS/VOUCHERS CONSIDERED VALID?
Expired coupons and vouchers cannot be used on Foodesto so do make sure to use it up before your coupon/voucher expires.
CAN I PLACE MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Of course you can! Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, give us a call on our Customer Service Helpline at 022 67 98 98 76.
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Good Question! An order once placed cannot be changed on the site. However you can call us to make any changes before the item has been shipped. Please do check our Return Policy for more details.
CAN I GET A COPY OF MY RECEIPT?
Once you're logged in on the website, go to My Account and select your Current Order. A copy of the receipt will be e-mailed to your registered e-mail address as soon as your order has gone through.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

We're very clear about marking when a product is suitable for special diets. We also make it a point to include an accurate ingredient list, as shared by the manufacturer along with the product listing on the website. HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change this on your account information. Just login, go to My Account and select Shipping Information. Alternativly, you can provide an alternative shipping address at the time of placing your order
I WOULD LIKE TO BUY A GIFT FOR A FRIEND, AND HAVE IT DELIVERED, CAN I DO THAT?
Yes you can! Just go to 'Gifts' in the 'Categories' section of the header, select from one of our wide array of gifting options and head straight to check out once you're done. You also have the option to create a customized gift basket. Just remember to select the receiver's Shipping Address if you want it sent directly to them. Also do let us know if that's the case and we will ensure not to include the bill in the delivery. We also have options for corporate gifting.
HOW DO I RATE OR REVIEW A PRODUCT I HAVE USED?
Just go to the product page and select the Review this Item option. There's an option to Rate the Product in there. Do note that our product reviews are monitored for indecency or spam.
